Q. What type of printing does Vintage 99 do?
A. Waterless offset, flexography, foil stamping and embossing.

Q. How many colors can Vintage 99 print?
A. Up to 8 colors

Q. How many foils can Vintage 99 do?
A. We can foil up to 2 foils in a single run.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. We print quantities as small as 500 labels.

Q. What size jobs can you handle?
A. We have the capacity to print quantities in the millions.

Q. How much do labels cost?
A. Every label job is unique and there are many variable factors, such as label size, type of paper, number of colors, whether foiled and/or embossed. Send us your label specifications and one of our knowledgeable sales representatives will contact you to go over your needs. Contact Us.

Q. How quickly can I receive a label quotation?
A. No later than the next business day.

Q. When can I expect a proof of my label?
A. This depends greatly on the completeness of your artwork, but usually no later than 48 hours after your artwork is received.

Q. How will I receive a proof of my label?
A. We encourage customers to use our password protected, On-Line Proof Section on our website. This is the fastest and most affordable method to viewing, changing and approving proofs. However, if you prefer we can overnight proofs. Click here for more information about Online Proofs

Q. How do I receive a password to upload files and preview proofs?
A. Call our website administrator at 1-925-294-5270 and request a username and password.

Q. How quickly will I receive my label order?
A. Depending on the complexity of the label, if it is a new or repeat order we may be able to complete your order the same day. Otherwise, no later than 10 days after proof approval.

Q. How can Vintage 99 Label help my winery convert to pressure sensitive?
A. We have a complete understanding of labeling applications and can pair our label knowledge with various label applications.

Q. What line screen are you able to print?
A. On our flexo presses our standard is 200 line screen with the ability to do 300 for certain designs. Our waterless off-set press can print up to 1000 line screen.

Q. What type of artwork do you require?
A. Our Pre-Press Department is on a Mac platform and uses Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, FreeHand, and Quark. You may upload your art files using our password protected file upload utility located in the Digital Pre-Press Section of our website. We also accept ZIPs, CDs, and floppy disks. We can convert traditional film as well but it's not preferred. More information.

Q. What kind of papers are available in pressure sensitive?
A. There are many traditional and new papers available. Please email us at: info@vintage99.com and request paper samples.

Q. Can we press check our labels during the printing?
A. Vintage 99 encourages press checks for the first print run. Press checks are the best way to agree that a label is per the customer's expectation and it sets a standard for future runs.

Q. Can Vintage 99 make changes to a label?
A. Vintage 99 does have an artist on staff that can make the typical typesetting changes to a label. However, graphic changes may require the assistance of a Graphic Designer.
