Waterless offset or flexography, the choice is yours!
All of our printing processes include the option of foil stamping
and embossing in one continuous pass.
Each press has 8 printing stations and the dependency of camera
registration to produce the absolute finest registration.
The finished look of your label will be to your satisfaction as
we use specialized coatings to enhance your labels and to protect them
from scuffing. Once the labels are printed we have incorporated
a rigorous testing routine into our manufacturing process to minimize
the risk of scuffing when you ship your labels.
Flexographic printing
American made Mark Andy presses have proven to be not only highly
efficient, reliable and highly capable of the most challenging label
printing but also economical in comparison to traditional printing
methods.
Vintage 99 has highly experienced operators who print award winning
labels from these highly capable machines.
We provide total in-line printing on the Mark Andy presses. Up to
8 colors, including 2 foil stamps, embossing, lamination, custom
die cutting, perforating, slitting and sheeting.
Waterless offset printing
Waterless offset printing is ideal for the highest possible quality
printing available today. Vintage 99 researched long and hard for
the right equipment. The decision came down to purchasing the finest
offset machine from Japan to service the most demanding designs
being created today.
The TR2 13" prints on the most unique textured label materials.
Again, we can print up to 8 colors, foil and sculptured embossing
all in one continuous pass.
